The legal English online course, Legal English, is aimed at law professionals who will have to deal with the language on a daily basis.
The content of the classes is especially directed to students who need to analyze documents and / or procedural documents in English, communicate with legal practitioners who adopt Common Law, establish partnerships with multinationals and international bodies and / or intend to study law LLM) in the United States. The training will also allow a better understanding of current events, from a legal point of view.
Because the course is entirely in English, it is desirable for the student to master the language at an intermediate-advanced level.
In all, there are five Modules where the student can choose to do them separately or, if you prefer, the complete course. The handouts are included in the course fee.
The course includes not only legal terminology, but also American case studies, legal concepts, original documents (eg lease agreement, contract establishing a general partnership) and the like. At UP Limits we have adopted personalized books for learning legal terminology, as well as books adopted at North American universities.
